Hyperpigmentation Laser Therapy

Hyperpigmentation is one of the most often and challenging condition of the skin, that usually appears with the age, or following an intense and unprotected sun exposure. Hyperpigmentation or age spots can appear on face, neck hands and even Decolletage. Using the highest laser technology provided by Picoline Pro-PicoSure that functions on picoseconds impulses, these inaesthetic pigment spots or hyperpigmentation can be painlessly removed, without affecting skin’s integrity.  During the laser therapy, we apply high-energy light impulses of a special wave-length that are acting into upper skin level. The spots or pigment will completely absorbe the light, while the high temperature will be released for a very short time (picoseconds), leading to distruction of the colour through selective photo thermolysis process.

During treatment, you might experience a short slightly discomfort on the treated zone. If the therapy works efficiently, immediately after treatment, the treated zones and spots will appear a bit more intense, and few days later they will dissappear.

The number of treatments necessary are varying with the intensity of the pigmentation, between 1 and 3 therapies.
